Iterating.app provides an analytics and testing platform for e-commerce operators. The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify and Meta to aggregate data and provide insights.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
  • No refunds for partial months or unused features

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITERATING.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
